Quick replies
Instagram DM quick replies: one automation, three answers
See it run
Your automation fires and asks a question.
How it works
Write the question
Your normal DM, ending in a choice. "Which one are you asking about?" beats a wall of every price you charge.
Add the options
Up to four buttons, twenty characters each. Type the button and the reply it should send on the same row, because they belong together.
They tap, you answer
Instagram shows the buttons as chips under your message. A tap sends the matching reply straight back.
Why it is not a flowchart
Every tool in this category eventually ships a canvas with nodes and arrows, and every creator eventually abandons it. The conversation already is the flow: a message, some options, a reply per option.
One level deep covers the cases people actually build. If your funnel needs five branching levels, the problem is usually the funnel.
It does not double-fire
A tap is delivered to us as an ordinary message. Without care, a button called “Pricing” would also set off a PRICE keyword rule and the person would get two DMs at once.
An answer inside an open conversation is always handled first, and your keyword rules stay out of it. If they wander off and come back a day later, the flow has expired and their next message is read normally again.
What people use it for
Qualifying a lead
Budget, timeline, or which service. One tap tells you more than a paragraph they never write.
Multi-product pricing
Stop pasting every price. Let them pick the one they came for.
Routing to the right link
Course, coaching, or free guide. Three destinations, one automation.
Softening a no
"Just browsing" is a real answer. Give it a friendly reply instead of a hard sell.

Need something that is not here yet?
Tell us what you were hoping to find. Requests from people who are still deciding are the ones that shape what gets built next, and they go straight to the person who writes the code. Leave an email and you get an answer, not a silent roadmap.
Bigger idea, or a build of your own? The full request page has more room.
