Is free Instagram automation safe for my account?+
It is when the tool uses the official Instagram Graph API, which we do. Your account connects through Meta OAuth, messages go out through Meta, and Meta's own rate limits apply. Tools that ask for your Instagram password are the ones that get accounts flagged.
Do I need a business or creator account?+
Yes. Meta only opens messaging automation to professional accounts. Switching a personal account to creator or business is free and takes a minute in the Instagram app.
What happens if I go over 500 DMs in a month?+
Automated DMs stop for the rest of the month and start again on the 1st. Nothing is deleted and nobody is billed. If you would rather they keep running, Pro has no monthly cap.
Why is there a free plan at all?+
Because most people need to see one automation work on their own audience before paying for anything. Plenty of small accounts never outgrow Free, and that is fine. The ones who do usually upgrade for follow guard, more automations, or Google Sheets.
