Turn it on and set a tone
Pick the document, add a short persona note, and set a daily limit. It is off until you enable it.
Your keyword rules still win
AI only answers when no automation matched. Everything you built keeps running first.
Why it will not make things up
The reply is built only from your document, kept short, and instructed to say it is not sure when the document has no answer. That gives you a safe failure: a polite handoff instead of a wrong price.
It is single-turn. It answers the message in front of it and does not carry a running conversation, so one odd message cannot steer later replies.
Cost, caps and plans
AI auto-reply is available on Pro and Business. Each reply uses credits from your monthly balance, and a daily limit stops runaway spend: 50 replies a day on Pro and 200 on Business. When the cap is reached, AI pauses and your keyword automations continue.
