How it works
List the words
The usual suspects: followers, promo, crypto, whatever your niche attracts. Applies across every post you publish.
They get hidden on sight
Hidden the moment they arrive, before any automation reads them. Only you can see a hidden comment. The person who wrote it still sees it on their end.
Real people are rate-limited, not blocked
Separately, each automation waits before answering the same person again. Someone typing "hi hi hi" gets one reply, not three.
The cooldown, and why it defaults on
Every automation has a wait between replies to the same person, set to an hour out of the box. Without one, a follower who sends three messages in a row gets three identical DMs and you are billed for all three.
You can set it to anything from off to a week, and add a lifetime cap on top. “Reply once to each person, ever” is a single setting.
One thing to avoid
A hidden comment never triggers an automation, so do not put a word on the blocklist that also appears in one of your keywords. Blocking “promo” while running a PROMO giveaway would quietly kill the giveaway.
